Work package description

Objectives

  • Develop a comprehensive core, yet adaptable, curriculum tailored to stakeholders involved in nonprofit scholarly publishing and Diamond OA, and support the development of skills and competencies for publishers/editors, service providers and researchers.
  • Coordinate training activities across Capacity Centres and establish a process of skills assessment and routine updates to core curricular materials.
  • Offer researchers guidance on the scholarly communication lifecycle, underscoring the value of nonprofit scholarly publishing and Diamond OA, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their research and publications.
